1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the OpenAI Assistants (also named "AI Consultants" and "Virtual Consultants") provided on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use these assistants .

2. Acceptance of OpenAI API data usage policies: OpenAI API data usage policies also apply to the use of this assistant. These can be read here. Usage of this assistant implies that the user understands and accepts the OpenAI API data usage policies. Sahba Global Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the information provided by, or provided to, the assistant and its API with OpenAI.

3. No Professional Advice: The information provided by this assistant is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to constitute professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding the correct interpretation and implementation of the standard, code, framework or policy relevant to each OpenAI assistant .

4. Content of Prompts and Questions: Prompts and questions should not contain sensitive or classified information.

   • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
